Payment details
A 50% deposit of the total amount due is required to reserve your booking. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer.
The final balance, 50% of the total amount due, must be paid into our bank account 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Fee: If
you cancel your booking 30 days or more in advance of your
scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less 10%
credit card/administration fee. If you cancel your
booking less then 30 days but more than 14 days in advance of
your scheduled arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will
apply. If you cancel your booking 13 days or less in
advance of your scheduled arrival a 100% cancellation fee
will apply.
Early Departure: Please
note that in the event of an early departure date, no refund
will be given.
Damage/Breakage
clause: Any damage to the property, fixtures,
fittings & furnishings, will be charged at cost to the
guest responsible.
Home Policy: Please
note, in order that Nooks Pied-à-terre can be equally
enjoyed by all our guests, we request that you kindly observe
the following home policy.
Nooks Pied-à-terre is unable to accommodate more than four people, does not accept children, or pets, and is a no-smoking establishment.
